My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms, although a bit small, were very clean and comfortable with nice decor. The service provided by the staff was excellent, they were super friendly and helpful, although there was an incident of overcharging which was disappointing. The location was fantastic, allowing easy access to many attractions in the city, although noise from the main street could be an issue. The dining experience was decent, but could use some improvement in variety and heartiness. The facilities were satisfactory, offering necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.
The hotel has a great location, close to major sightseeing places and next to a tram station. The rooms are a bit small facing the street, with a low ceiling above the bed, but the two small lifts make access easy. The service is extremely helpful and friendly. The dining experience is good but could use some improvements. The location is perfect for exploring historical sites in Istanbul.
The hotel is located in a prime spot, close to major attractions in Sultanahmet and the Bazaar Quarter. The rooms are modest in size with limited views, but a higher floor can offer a better perspective. The service was friendly and helpful, particularly Dawood at the reception. The dining options are satisfactory, with regional dishes served. However, the lack of nearby supermarkets can be inconvenient.
Despite some issues with the rooms like a bad view and small size, the hotel still maintains a brand-new appearance since three years ago. However, the presence of a large stain on the carpet was off-putting. The service was exceptional, especially with the helpful assistance of Ali Riza. The location was ideal for exploring the old city, with many attractions within walking distance. The dining experience provided a good variety of dishes, although some found it repetitive. Overall, the facilities were sufficient but nothing extraordinary.
Despite the room being smaller than expected and lacking an ironing board, my stay at the hotel was pleasant. The attic room with a low ceiling and no window was a bit of a downside, but the location was superb in Istanbul.

The very friendly and attentive service, especially from breakfast staff, adds to the excellent experience.
