the location was amazing. i could reach everything easily. breakfast was good. it had so many options to choose. the rooms where comfy.

rooms were too hot. i couldn't sleep good at night. it was noisy outside when i opened the door. staff told me they couldn't change the heating.

lovely central hotel stay

the location was central i found the bosphorus and many eating places close by the room itself met a good standard complimentary water was provided each morning along with tea and instant coffee sachets this was a nice touch i appreciated after long days exploring the city. the breakfast offered a good variety of food i never left hungry. the staff were always friendly and helpful this added positively to my experience.

the bathroom fixtures felt a little dated like the sink faucets and shower panel these could use some updating.

the staff was very helpful and attentive they always greeted me with a smile and were quick to assist with any questions the front desk staff provided useful information regarding local transportation and attractions. i appreciated their assistance.

the breakfast was plentiful and offered a varied selection i could find something that suited my taste there was a teapot in my room along with a variety of tea selections it was nice for a relaxing evening in. the spa offered a hammam.
